Job summary
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to help our sales team optimize the business process and assist our clients to set up business in new markets. The company formation Sales Manager is responsible for leading a sales team to drive business growth by selling company registration and business setup services. The person will be responsible for ensuring the targets are met for him and the Team. He has to manage the team targets and reports, attending business meetings, and negotiating with authorities and advisers from new areas are some of the duties. It also entails advancing the commercial plan of the organization and preserving enduring professional connections. The sales manager should have in depth knowledge of the domain so that he/she can provide customize solution based on unique business requirements from the clients. He has to ensure the client relationships are effectively managed.
Sales Manager Requirements
- Candidate should develop and execute strategic sales plan to expand the customer base.
- Candidate should be able to manage, recruit, train, motivate and mentor a team of Sales consultants or representative to achieve individual and Sales Team Targets.
- Sales manager should maintain strong relationship with key client or vendors to build channel through partnerships.
- The candidate should be updated with company formation services, including legal, compliance, and associated offerings. The same should be inculcated within the Team.
- Track key performance indicators (KPI), analyze sales data, forecast sales goals and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing, legal and operations to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Handle and resolve escalated client issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prior experience in a sales management or similar sales leadership role, preferably within the consulting, legal, or financial services industries.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage pipelines and track sales activities.
- The capacity to work under pressure, handle rejection, and adapt strategies in a dynamic market environment.
- Bachelor's degree or above in legal, marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline
- Strong understanding of the market
- Capable of working independently, taking initiative, and managing ambiguity
- Strong negotiating and communication abilities
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
